Latest News: Pulse Recovery Services is changing to National Caravan Recovery
Specialist services for the insurance industry.
Formerly known as `Pulse Recovery Services', we're a well-established family-owned caravan salvage business trusted by the UK's leading insurers and loss adjusters. It’s a trust based on years of experience and caravan-specific expertise. Our systems and procedures streamline the caravan recovery and claims management process by integrating recovery, assessment, storage, repair and salvage into a single end-to-end service.
The result is total transparency, accurate estimates, faster results, and more caravan owners re-insuring with the same provider. Since our inception, we’ve expanded to offer fully insured mobile home and static caravan delivery services. Our base in Worcester enables us to easily reach any part of the UK, Ireland, and into Europe.
We know that time is money, so trust us to uplift damaged caravans from a recovery yard within 48 hours. We'll store them at no cost in our secure compound for up to 90 days while we assess the damage and manage your claims.
Our AWS engineers are available to provide an in-depth damage assessment, including repair or salvage costs. The process is managed through our online claim tracking system, reducing lead time by up to 40%.
We provide a wide range of on-site static caravan repairs, performed by AWS engineers. Recovered touring caravans are repaired to the highest standards in our AWS and NCC-registered workshops. We’ll also manage CHRiS re-registration where required.
From storm and damage repairs to fire and rollover write-offs, we pay a fixed amount up-front for salvage. There’s no time lost dealing with third parties and auctioneers. We’re also an Environment Agency-registered waste carrier and a member of the British Vehicle Salvage Federation.
WHY AWS ENGINEERS?
The Approved Workshop Scheme is a joint enterprise between the NCC (National Caravan Council), The Caravan and Motorhome Club and The Camping and Caravanning Club. AWS is now the UK's largest group of independently assessed workshops and the benchmark for motorhome and touring caravan servicing. All too often, insurance companies rely on traditional motor mechanics to assess caravan damage and repair costs. The lack of caravan-specific training and expertise often leads to quotes that are underestimated or overestimated. At National Caravan Recovery, we only use AWS engineers for damage assessment and repairs.
Developed in partnership between National Caravan Recovery and Caravan Information Services, ASK AL 2.0 is a groundbreaking new consumer app utilising the latest AI technology. One prompt is all it takes for caravan and motorhome help, advice, and support with legal, technical, travel, preventative maintenance and ownership issues.
